Into the new (2023)
Chapter two
A series of experimenting. Semi abstract collection, exploring what happens when you dare to try new things. A study of different expressions, and a search for what it is that makes a heart sing. Flirting with the observer to take leaps towards their own tucked-away dreams and passions.

This is the center piece of the ”Into the new” study that describes the struggle of lingering outside of your comfort zone.

At a first glance the observer is offered a calm, quite muted and neutral view. Will the observer dare to turn the painting upside down? And with that make a commitment to dare to try something new today? The message to the viewer is to dare to linger in the unknown even if it’s an intimidating and overwhelming place to be. Dare to stay in this fascinating place, dare to fail and dare to just be. Who knows what you will learn?
